How to book
• WhatsApp is our preferred booking channel: use the WhatsApp button on our website or send a message to our clinic number.
• You can also book via our Contact & Booking page, or via approved booking partners listed on our website.
Confirmations & reminders
• Once we receive your request, we will confirm your date, time, therapist (where applicable) and any deposit required.
• Reminders may be sent via WhatsApp, SMS or email where available. Please ensure we have your correct contact details.
Rescheduling appointments
• If you need to move your appointment, please contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp or phone.
• Rescheduling is usually allowed up to the cancellation cut-off time stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy below, subject to availability.
Late arrivals
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your treatment to complete any forms and relax.
• If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment to avoid delaying the next client, while still charging the full fee.
No-shows
• A “no-show” is when you miss an appointment without cancelling in time.
• No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the booking value, and future bookings may require full prepayment.
Age requirements
• Selected treatments are available to clients under 18 only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• Certain advanced or intimate treatments may not be available to clients under 18 even with consent. Please ask us if you are unsure.

We aim to offer flexible, transparent payment options so you can plan your self-care with confidence.
Accepted payment methods
• Cash and major bank cards (debit and credit) in-clinic.
• EFT payments by prior arrangement, with proof of payment sent before your appointment.
• Selected payment partners and platforms where indicated on our website or on your quotation.
Deposits
• Certain treatments, long appointments and packages require a non-refundable or partially refundable deposit to secure your booking.
• Deposit amounts and due dates will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.
• Deposits are linked to your client profile and are not transferable to another person.
Paying your balance
• Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance is payable on or before the day of treatment, prior to leaving the clinic.
• Packages may be payable in full upfront, or in agreed instalments, depending on the promotion or membership selected.
Installments & payment partners
• We may from time to time partner with payment providers such as MediWallet, Payflex or PayJustNow for eligible treatments and packages.
• Approval, limits and repayment terms are set by the payment partner, not by Emba Beauty Clinique.
• Availability of specific partners and offers can change. Final terms will be confirmed with you at the time of booking and/or when you sign up with the partner.
Packages, memberships & specials
• Packages, memberships and specials may have their own payment and validity rules, which will be explained when you purchase.

We understand that life happens. Our cancellation and refund rules help us protect our therapists’ time while remaining fair to our clients.
Cancellation timeframes
• You may cancel or move most appointments up to 24 hours before your booking without a cancellation fee, unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion or package.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time may be charged a percentage of the booking value or result in loss of your deposit.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the treatment or package value.
Refunds for single treatments
• Where a prepayment or deposit has been made and you cancel within the allowed timeframe, we will either keep the amount as a credit on your profile or, if requested, process a refund using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
• Once a treatment has been completed, fees are generally non-refundable unless there is a clear service error on our side.
Refunds for packages & memberships
• Packages and memberships are priced at a preferential rate and are generally non-refundable once started.
• If you are unable to continue for medical reasons, please contact us with supporting information so we can assess options such as pausing, transferring, or partially crediting remaining sessions at our discretion.
Product purchases
• Skincare and retail products may be returned or exchanged only if unopened, unused and in a resellable condition within 7 days of purchase, together with proof of payment, unless your consumer rights require otherwise.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless there is a proven defect or reaction, in which case we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
How refunds are processed
• Where a refund is approved, we will process it as soon as reasonably possible, usually via the same method you originally used to pay.
• If payment was made via a third-party provider (for example, MediWallet or similar), refunds may need to be processed through that provider’s systems and timelines.
Your safety is our priority. Many of our advanced treatments require a completed medical questionnaire and written consent before we begin.
Treatments that require formal consent
• Body contouring and slimming treatments such as Ultrasonic Cavitation, Cryolipolysis (Fat Freeze), EMSculpt, Lipo Injections and Fat Flush Treatments.
• IV drips, wellness infusions and selected detox therapies.
• Advanced skin procedures such as Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Hydra Facial, Dermaplaning and certain acne treatments.
• Any other treatment that we reasonably consider to carry additional risks based on your health and medical history.
Your medical information
• Before these treatments, we will ask you to complete a confidential medical questionnaire and to update us if anything changes between visits.
• It is essential that you provide full and accurate information about your health, medications, allergies and previous procedures so we can treat you safely.
Risks, side effects & results
• Non-invasive treatments can still have risks and temporary side effects such as redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, sensitivity, or mild discomfort.
• Rare but more serious complications can occur, especially if aftercare instructions are not followed or if important medical information is not disclosed.
• We will always explain expected benefits, possible risks, and alternatives before you sign your consent form.
No guaranteed results
• Every body and skin type responds differently. Results can vary depending on factors such as genetics, lifestyle, adherence to aftercare and the number of sessions completed.
• We cannot guarantee specific centimetre loss, weight loss, skin changes or timeframes. Any images on our website or social media show individual results and are for illustration only.
Medical disclaimer
• Our treatments and content are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
• You should consult your doctor before starting any new treatment, especially if you have a medical condition, are on chronic medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding.
